SKCTC - Spring on Cloverlick & Honors Night
May 13, 2010—The annual tribute to area artists and poets—Spring On Cloverlick—was held recently on the Cumberland campus of Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College.
During the awards ceremony, held in the theater of the Edsel Godbey Appalachian Center, individuals who won awards on hand to accept their certificates and the recite their poetry.
Carlton W. Hughes served as master of ceremonies, and during the evening various musical entertainment was presented including Emily Nantz and Clara Atkins-Pope performing piano and violin duet, Pope and Bradley Thomas, cellists, also performed. Additionally, Anna Whitaker presented a piano solo.
